Interior Designers for Breast Cancer Research

It's hard to believe, but October is already here, which means it's officially National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  A big thanks to Cristy from Simplified Bee (new Living Livelier friend from the blogging Nate Berkus show) for giving us a heads up to the Pink Wishbone Project to benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

The concept?  Hans Wegner's legendary Wishborn chair, remade in pink with one-of-a-kind cushions designed by twenty of the world's leading interior designers (all women, naturally!).

The chairs will be auctioned off beginning Thursday on Charitybuzz, with 100% of the proceeds benefitting breast cancer research.  In addition, the pink Wegner chairs (sans custom cushion) will be available for one year at Suite New York, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting breast cancer research.

Which is your favorite?
