This post is great! I'm redoing my 13 year old daughter's bedroom and had wanted to do pendants instead of lamps. With your post she can see so many great pics instead of taking my word for it! She's wanting a modern, clean, simple look (in our Colonial Revival) and I think pendants would be a great option.
