NYIGF: Favorite Things

As you know if you checked in yesterday, we're just home from the New York International Gift Fair, where we scouted the best current offerings in furniture, textiles and home accessories.  Here it is - a round-up of some of our favorite things!

We've long loved Iomoi for their funky stationery, invitations, lucite trays and accessories.  Now they've teamed up with Matouk to offer an original and spirited line of pillows, tissues covers, coasters and napkins.  We LOVED it ALL, but it don't come cheap!

Dransfield and Ross offered up two fantastic side tables we feel in love with, both for their form and textured surface (one grasscloth, the other painted).  Plus, a little nailhead trim and Moroccan flair never hurt anybody!

Lucite's been pretty popular in the last few years, but we haven't seen it used quite like this before.  Especially loving the pieces that combine lucite bases or legs with an upholstered top - form and function, so yummy!  Nice work Grace and Blake!

The entire Oomph booth, along with its lady founders and reps, was flawless and spectacular!  Our MVPs here?  This fabulous small-scaled chair upholstered in (I think) Alan Campbell's Zig Zag (I just did a chair in the petite version) and the snazzy colorful bar cart.

Julian Chichester's coffee table with accompanying pull-out upholstered stools caught our eyes for its elegance and practicality.  We feel like we're always looking for easy, pull-up seating options, and this piece accomplishes it beautifully.

So loving Coco Cozy's throws soft, hip throws!  They'd make a spectacular addition to any couch, or a perfect housewarming gift!

Karen Robertson's collection features natural history and marine life, artfully gathered and displayed.  How fun is this Starfish American flag?

They're probably not making their way into our client projects anytime soon, but how funny are these chairs from West Coast's Room Service?

Let us know if you're interested in purchasing any of the above, and check back tomorrow for "NYIGF: Trendspotting".
